Contact us with your vehicle details and symptoms. We provide a fixed-price written quote for engine rebuilding, timing chain replacement, or other repairs.

Approve the Work
You approve the quote in writing. No deposit required. We schedule your vehicle into our Billericay workshop and arrange collection if needed.

We Complete the Repair
Engine rebuild or replacement carried out by IMI-certified technicians. We keep you updated throughout with photos and progress reports.

Inspect & Pay
You inspect the completed work. If satisfied, you pay in full via your preferred method. Then you drive away with a 12-month warranty.
If you're not satisfied, we will address any issues before payment is taken. Your confidence matters more than our cash flow.

No. We do not take upfront deposits for any work. You pay only when the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the result. This policy applies to all services including engine rebuilds, timing chain replacements, and mechanical repairs.
Payment is due on completion, before vehicle collection or delivery. You are welcome to inspect the completed work, review documentation, and test-drive (where applicable) before settling your invoice. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash at our Billericay workshop.

Yes. Split payments across multiple methods are accepted. For example, you might pay a portion in cash and the remainder by card or bank transfer. Please advise us at the time of settlement so we can prepare the correct documentation and receipts for each payment method.
PayPal is not currently accepted as a direct payment method. However, PayPal-linked debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are accepted wherever we take card payments. As part of our upcoming finance partnerships, PayPal Credit may become available — check back for updates or contact us for current options.
If you identify an issue with the completed work, we will address it before payment is taken. Our no-deposit policy exists precisely to protect you in this scenario. We stand behind every job with a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty, and post-completion concerns are treated as priority. Payment is expected only once you are satisfied.
If you cancel before work begins and no parts have been ordered specifically for your vehicle, there is no cancellation fee. If bespoke parts have already been sourced or machining work has commenced, we may need to recover those costs — this will always be discussed transparently before any charge is applied.
