  • Supply of a reconditioned engine (where required)
  • Professional fitting, ECU reset, and post-installation testing
  • Nationwide collection and delivery across the UK (optional, quoted separately)

3. Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed when:

  • You authorise us to proceed via phone, email, WhatsApp, or website form; or
  • We begin Work on your Vehicle.

Important: These Terms & Conditions apply in full. No verbal assurances override them.

4. Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days.
  • All quotes assume your existing engine block, cylinder head, and sump are serviceable. If major damage is found (e.g., cracked block), we will contact you before proceeding and may adjust the price.
  • Turbochargers, fuel injectors, and ancillary components (such as starter motor, alternator, AC compressor, DPF, catalytic converter, etc.) are not included unless expressly stated in the Quote.
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies due to incorrect vehicle details provided by you (e.g., wrong engine code or model year).

5. Pricing, Payment & Delivery

Our quoted price includes:

  • Reconditioned engine (where applicable)
  • Full fitting labour
  • ECU reset and diagnostics
  • Fluids and standard consumables
  • VAT

Nationwide collection and delivery is available at an additional cost. All payments – including any delivery/collection charges – must be paid in full before you leave our premises with the Vehicle.

Full payment for the entire service is due only after Completion, once you have inspected the Vehicle and are satisfied with the Work.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit card, or cash. Credit card payments may incur a small processing fee. Late payments incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

6. Warranty

We provide a 12-month, unlimited mileage warranty on all engine rebuilds and replacements. This warranty covers:

  • Parts supplied by us
  • Labour for fitting, coding, and calibration carried out by us

Warranty is strictly personal to the original Customer and is non-transferable. If the Vehicle is sold or ownership is otherwise transferred to a third party during the warranty period, the warranty will immediately terminate and no further claims will be accepted.

Warranty Exclusions - The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by overheating, low oil, misuse, or neglect
  • Vehicles used for towing, racing, track days, or commercial hire
  • Modifications (e.g., ECU remapping, LPG conversion, non-standard fuel)
  • Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), catalytic converters, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems, and other emissions control equipment – unless we have expressly agreed in writing to clean or replace them as part of the Work
  • Ancillary components (starter motor, alternator, water pump, air conditioning compressor, etc.)
  • Labour costs if the engine is fitted by a third party
  • Failure to follow our post-installation instructions (including, but not limited to, the mandatory 2,000-mile running-in period)

We may from time to time advise you on the condition of non-covered items (for example, recommending that a DPF be cleaned) or refer you to third-party specialists. Any such advice or referral is provided as a courtesy only; we accept no responsibility for the performance, failure, or any damage caused by those components.

Warranty Claims:

  • Notify us within 14 days of discovering a defect.
  • Return the Vehicle to our workshop for inspection.
  • We will repair or replace covered items at our discretion.

Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.

  • We offer door-to-door collection and delivery anywhere in the UK.
  • All outstanding balances – including delivery fees – must be settled before your Vehicle departs our premises.
  • Your Vehicle must be collected within 3 working days of Completion. After this grace period, a storage fee of £50 per day will apply.
  • If your Vehicle remains uncollected and unpaid for 28 consecutive days, we will issue a written notice giving you 14 days to collect it. If still uncollected after this notice period, we reserve the right to sell, scrap, or dispose of the Vehicle in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.

9. Vehicle Condition on Arrival

We will photograph the exterior of your Vehicle upon arrival at our premises to document its cosmetic condition (including any existing scratches, dents, or marks). You are strongly advised to take your own photographs before handing the Vehicle over to us or before it is collected on your behalf.

By authorising the Work, you accept that our photographic record will serve as the primary evidence of pre-existing cosmetic damage. We will not be liable for any cosmetic defect that was present when the Vehicle arrived unless it can be shown to have been caused by our negligence.

  • Subcontracting: We may use trusted third-party couriers for logistics, but remain fully responsible for service quality.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
